Navarac can evaluate whether your current provider is giving you the level of service you are paying for. Perhaps you just want a second opinion on a "required" upgrade, or maybe there are some concerns over whether or not some charges are justified. Our goal in these types of engagements is not to sell our own services or to dissuade you from continuing to use your current provider, but rather to make sure your needs are being met, period. There are many competent technology service providers that do a great job (we like to consider ourselves one of them), but sometimes either your company outgrows your providers capabilities, or key people are no longer with the provider, leaving you with sub-par service. If your company is uncertain, or simply wants justification for a major purchase, we can offer a non-biased evaluation for you at a nominal price.
